This wine comes with a fine bubble, delicate and persistent mousse. Primary aromas marked by caste, with floral notes being quite refreshing. In the mouth it is light, fresh and with a lively and prolonged acidity, ending balanced.

After careful selection of the grapes of red Galician muscatel, they are uncorked / crushed, remaining in skin maceration for 72 hours. After the pressing and static decanting, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vat during a period between 15 to 18 days with controlled temperature.
After the first alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains in contact with the fine lees for 6 months, followed by the second alcoholic formatting in a closed vat.
