Wild fruits, red fruits, stems, “regliss”, floral notes and spices, aromas that denote the grape varieties that are the soul to this wine, and a rigorous selection of grapes from the old vines around the medieval citadel of Vila Real, about of 500 meters of altitude, that allow to reach the elegance and freshness of this “blend”.

Manual harvesting. Reception with destemming and crushing immediately, transporting grapes to the fermentation vats in mass piping with heat exchanger. Fermentation in stainless steel vats, with tanning at around 26ºC. Intense and prolonged macering and partial melolactic fermentation in oak barrels.
Stage for 18 months in French and American oak barrels.
