Manual harvesting. Reception with destemming and crushing immediately, confection of grapes to the fermentation vats in mass piping with heat exchanger. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 18 tons capacity, with tanning at around 26ºC. Intense and prolongated macering and partial malolactic fermentation in oak wood.
Part of the lot is for 12 months in French and American oak wood.
